The Western Australian Laser Association was incorporated on the 6th February 1980 although it was in existence from 1974 having been adopted as a class at the Mounts Bay Sailing Club.
Under a new Act called the Associations Incorporation Act of 2015, additional obligations have arisen and form part of a set of model rules which have now been adopted by the Laser Association. To read the detailed rules of the Association click on the link below:
