In accordance with International Laser Class Association (ILCA) requirements, sailors need to join their district ILCA association to compete in ILCA events. ILCAWA is the ILCA District Association for sailors in Western Australia. Membership runs from 1st October to 30th September the following year. A $10 discount automatically applies on all online memberships paid by 30th September. ILCAWA membership is paid via Trybooking and there are no pro rata provisions or refunds.
