Solidarity Program

The ILCA Solidarity Program, run by ILCA Australia, is an initiative designed to encourage young female sailors, to transition into the ILCA 4 youth sailing class and participate in major championships. The program provides selected participants with a free regatta entry, a charter ILCA 4 boat, coaching, and team gear, helping them develop lifelong sailing skills and a passion for the sport. The program also extends to include representatives from New Zealand and Pacific Island nations in Oceania.
